We visited Cretan Malia Park hotel during June 2016. It was not so busy , which was great for us. The pools and beach were not crowded. The food was great in the main restaurant and in the Greek tavern.
All the staff members were friendly. The animation team worked hard to entertain everyone at all times. My kids loved them and they enjoyed the mini disco every night.
We stayed in the family bungalow which was wonderful.
The hotel gardens are beautiful and well kept.
The hotel is a bit far from Malia old town and center. It's about 20 minutes walk: ok for adults, but too far for small kids.
I would recommend staying in Malia park if you're looking for a relaxing quiet place with great facilities.More
We loved it!
We had a fantastic time here. The staff was amazing and so friendly and the food out of this world with a lot of choices. The hotel offers a lot of places to rest if it is the amazing pool set up, or the sun beds on the beach. Families get offered a lot of entertainment options for kids. And we just had a wonderful holiday here!More
This hotel is excellent !!
Just returned from a weeks break with my 11year old daughter & cannot emphasis how impressed I was with the hotel, staff & the amenities. We arrived at midnight & were made extremely welcome. We were offered food & drink which I felt was exceptional & greatly appreciated. After speaking to other guests I realised this is offered to everyone when arriving late. I would say if you are looking for loud & lively this isn't the hotel for you, but if you want a great holiday in a lovely hotel, situated on a beautiful beach front, with great food, great pools, light evening entertainment, great childrens entertainment, great staff, then go ahead & book you will not be dissappointed !!More
Nice hotel with wonderful flora
I visited Cretan Malia Park second half of May 2016 and stayed there for two weeks. Besides I managed to take a look at a few neighbouring hotels in the area to make a comparison. So the main outstanding attractive difference Cretan Malia Park has to offer is its wonderful territory with plants and flowers and lively palm-trees everywhere. The hotel stuff takes impeccable care of the flora, so that even the air is different and more refreshing on the territory of the hotel.
All hotel stuff is very friendly and welcoming, seeming very sincere in it without being too much.
Mini club is very convenient option the hotel offers for kids. Mirianna is super good with kids. The mini discos are quite an attraction.
Even though the evening shows are less impressive. Bingo nights are more loud than entertaining. Too many guess games - not that interesting. The invited singers do not seem very professional and entertaining while the dancers on the contrary do make a performance and interact with guests nicely.
My spa experience was very worth it as well. Their manager Svetlana (fluent in different languages) nicely helped me choose the right treatments and Ekaterina has given me perfect series of massages. Her dedication and true professionalism are admirable. I am generally very choosy about the quality of massage I expect to get but Ekaterina was without doubt a master of her job.
All in all, I am thinking of revisiting this place and hotel next year, as my experience was memorable and worth repeating it.More
Fantastic hotel, outstanding service
We spent 7 nights here and every second was a joy! The bungalow room was large and comfortable with a lovely patio area overlooking the beautiful gardens. The private beach and 2 pools were a bonus. We were made very welcome by all staff who couldn't do enough to help! The food was of outstanding quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want to sit back and relax.More
