My husband and I stayed in Malia Park on the 29th of September for 7 nights. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the gardens are beautiful. The beach and pool with lazy river are very clean as well. Would defentily recommended and we will defentily be going back to this hotel.More

The Best in Malia
We stayed at this Hotel for 11 nights in September. The actual hotel. bungalows and surroundings are wonderful, beautiful gardens. Both the pools and beach area are well kept and very clean.
We found most of the staff to be very friendly and helpful, unfortunately that cannot be said about the Maitre'd in the main restaurant, whom came across as being quite rude at times. The food was ok, it did become a bit repetitive.
There did not seem to be many english people staying at the hotel, and a lot of the customers seemed to be returning guests.
All in all this is a lovely and peaceful hotel with wonderful surroundingsMore

An Oasis in Malia.
We stayed at this hotel in September. our plane was very late, the kitchen/restaurant had closed but they had prepared a cold dish of meats and salad for us.
The hotel worked like clock work. The staff were brilliant and were clearly happy in their work, which made for a really nice atmosphere on top of receiving excellent service.
The cuisine in the restaurants (there are three) was excellent in the two we dined in (we did not dine in the Italian - after all we were in Crete! but we heard excellent reports from others that did.)
if I was looking for a fault, I really do not think I could find one. If you are not on full board/fully inclusive there are several taverna's within a short walk but I would suggest/recommend the fully inclusive option.
There is of course Malia (if that's your bag) just 20 minutes gentle walk away as well.More

Stayed at the Creten Malia Park for 11 nights and enjoyed our Stay very much, such a relaxed atmosphere people not rushing round, Room 314 overlooking the Lazy Pool also had sea view. Food varied and always found it to all tastes had themed nights as well you can 1 night eating in the Italian and 1 night in the Greek Resturant which has you overlooking the sea, nice Romantic Sentting with a bottle of wine.
Went on trip to Santorina and the place has views to die for would enjoy a weeks stopping there with a villa built in the rocks.
Overall the Creten Malia Park is a place we would recommend and will be returning at some point soon.More
This hotel is set is beautiful gardens leading down to its own private beach. The accommodation comprises of two storey bungalows set within the gardens interspersed with swimming pools cafes and relax areas. Half way between the reception and beach is the pool named the Lazy River where where some rooms have exclusivity with direct access. The beach area is Blue Flag with a life saver on duty at peak times with a sandy beach, with the depth of water graduating slowly so nice and safe for children.
The staff are lovely and fully conversant with English and German. We stayed on a half board basis and found the food to be of excellent quality.
Only downside is no beach promenade, it is away from bus stops, we had to walk 20mins in scorching sun to village centre but found the taxi service which we used was extremely reasonable 7 euros one way, but Malia not a brilliant town so be prepared to travel.More
